Out of the available dragon pokemon in the this game right now, what would be the best build and nature's set up?

Many ways, many possibility one of:
A. Flygon aka checker
nature: Jolly
1 Outrage / Dragon claw
2 Earthquake
3 Fire Punch(to counter ice poks)
4 U-turn ( in 99 on 100 action you can cange pkmn for free and check enemy 1t pick)

B. Hydreigon aka Sweeper
Nature: Mild
1 Dark Pulse
2 Draco Meteor
3 Supper Power or Fire Blast (to counter ice pkmn)
4 Taunt/Roost

C) Garchomp aka Wall Breaker
Nature: Jolly or Adamant
1 Outrage
2 EarthQuake
3 Fire Fang
4 choice

D) Kingdra AKA RAIN DISHES
Ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Modest
1 Hydro Pump
2 Draco Meteor
3 Ice Beam
4 Rain
- Use it as last resort, if Enemy dont have more Ice/Dragons she will outspeed everythink, and 1hko everythik in rain.

Dragonite/Altaria/ Salamance are last choices, but care of Stealth Rock, all 3 of them will lose huge part of HP if Stealth rock are in game.

If we will have 6 gen:
E) Dragalge Aka Special Wall
Nature: Modest
1 Toxic / Toxick Spikes
2 Sludge Wave
3 Draco Meteor
4

F) Tyrantrum
Nature: Jolly or Adamant
1 Rock Polish / Dragon Dance /Stealth Rock
2 Stone Edge / Head Smash
3 Outraage/ Dragon Claw
4 ANY FANG ATTACK / Earthquake

Basically, we have Dragonite, Flygon, Garchomp, Salamance, Haxouros, Druddigon, Altaria, Kingdra, Hydreigon, Mega Charizard X, Mega Ampharos (megas implemented soon) Dragalge, Tyrantrum, Noivern, Goodra. The gen 6 dragons will be implemented soon, we may not be able to use 3D models, but they could be implemented in the future.
Dragonite: All-round (recommended)
Flygon: Speed/physical attacker
Altaria: Special wall
Salamance: Sweeper (recommended)
Garchomp: Massive Sweeper (including mega)
Haxouros: Sweeper (recommended)
Kingdra: All-round
Hydreigon: Special sweeper (recommended)
Dragalge: Special wall
Tyrantrum: Sweeper/Physical wall (recommended)
Noivern: Speed
Goodra: Special wall (recommended)
Mega Charizard X: All-round
Mega Ampharos: Massive special sweeper (also recommended when megas are introduced)
I have not included legendaries because they will most likely be banned in pvp. If we cannot use 3D models, we will be using their sprites from the pokemon menu. We do not know when we will introduce megas, but they will most likely be introduced after the majority of the 6th gen pokemon are in.

Since the new update just came out, and there was no pvp (won't be for a while) you guys have heaps of time to get ready.

Kingdra is a good choice because up until gen 5, it had only one weakness, dragon, now it has another one, fairy. But still a good type combo.

That is why Pika's favourite legendary was Palkia, because of it's one weakness. And although it has pretty bad speed, it can take hits and deal even more damage. But Pika never uses legendaries, they are too op.

Nintendo stated that they wouldn't have mega legendaries, waaaaaaaaaaay to op. That's one thing Nintendo did right, besides making this amazing game we all know and love, called Pocket Monsters.
