Priority in the move tutor

Well, basically I am suggesting you guys to make the move tutor a bit before it was supposed to be, and put him in the blackthorn city house together with the move deleter and the move reminder
Thats because there are many moves that we are willing to teach to our pokémon, and the only place to make them learn it is through the move tutor
But, you dont actually need to make it the first priority, the only thing is that it should be done before the Pvp starts, You should know why

INB4 nils adds the move tutor but only lets him teach your pokemon splash

Relearner =/= tutor.

And more into this, we meant Tutor that learn pokmn move that he cant learn in normal way. Like Tutor in Dragons Den that can Learn Draco Meteor or Outrage pokmns that can use it, Like Flygon. He dont learn it, and cant breed it, but he can learn it via Tutor.

Like air slash and extremespeed

Both are in the actual move-set of Togekiss.....
However, he only receives it on evolution of Togetic to Togekiss. So if you didn't get it, the relearner comes into place.

But there's also hydreigon that only learn draco meteor and honchkrow can only learn brave bird and superpower by move tutor either

But thats why i am asking them to add the move tutor lol
They cant learn these moves without it XD
