lol I played on that b4 made my bro put it on his map he has like a 32gb server so it was fun to play with on there lol has like 3 pokemon regions lol 1:1 scale
Oh well, anyway, Pika has only ever found 3 wild shinies, one was from chaining, the other two were RE's. They were all in Pearl, and Pika was pissed off with the Unown and the Wobbuffet. And Pika threw the DS at the wall when Pika found the Wubbuffet. Pika almost lost a DS that day... but Pika didn't.
Found a shiny Tauros in the HGSS Safari Zone once. I hate how they can flee, like that one did.
That is why Pika only does the Safari to get the rarer pokemons like Chansey and Scyther. Hardly anything else.

I believe they can
If Pika is not mistaken then yes. They are just as rare as normal shinies, but not as good a feeling, all you're doing is reseting to get that shiny.

true and it it alot of reset but I have done that b4 in pokemon for 1 pokemon in ruby and will do it prob in this game to get a shiny rayquaza as a dragon master it will be my star lead
Just asking... how old are you really? If you don't mind Pika asking, but a 22 year old doesn't normally have punctuation and grammar this bad, unless english isn't your native language, then that's fine. Pika gets a little annoyed (not at you) when Pika sees spelling mistakes and grammar and punctuation errors.
Not trying to be offensive in any way. Sorry if Pika does come off as offensive.
