That honestly makes me think that you either weren't port forwarding correctly or that your router has problems.

It's possible my router has issues, but I know I'm forwarding correctly.
Do you have a double NAT setup where both your modem and router have their own network?

Not sure. I only have the modem, but it's possible. My networking knowledge is enough to get my by, and enough to learn what I need to find out.

If u want to foward port, u need PFConfig.Im not getting it cuz its $29.95.And i dont have a credit card yet.
