Gawd it's worse than the time when Pika was living with civil rights. Gawsh she was bad. She stopped Pika from doing aaaaaaaaaall the fun things.

Yeah, stuff and having smexi timez between the hours of 12:01am to 11:59pm. The only time Pika could do it was between those two minutes.

Speed is the key, plus Pika's base speed stat of 90, that helps. Plus Pika can be a little timid sometimes, so that helps.
