Blue UI - An update for the Blue UI texture pack by Kira

I have really liked this pack originally made by @Kira and recently noticed just how badly out of date it was(I completely forgot I had it on when I was testing a new feature nilllzz made and I spent way too long looking for the reason before realizing that the pack was simply out of date
I also made some modifications to ensure that the edges for the text boxes don't overlap their contents.
