Pokemon Theories

Hi guys, Pika here, and Pika has come up with a new thread idea, Pokemon theories. This thread is a place where you can post your thoughts on the parts of Pokemon no one talks about. There are a few rules though.
1. They must be your own theories, not ones that people have done already. (This includes Ash's Coma etc.)
2. Replies are allowed, but they must be relevant to the theory.
3. Posts can be as long or as short as you want.
4. Please be nice to the people who post, if you disagree, leave a NICE reply and reply with what you think of it.
Anyway, have fun, and follow the rules, and you will be good.

Pika's first theory is: Pokemon boxes and what goes on.

When you deposit a pokemon into the Pokemon Storage, you don't think about what happens, but this is Pika's take on it. When you put a pokemon in, the pc goes through a process where the pokemon goes into a coma-like state, allowing it to travel through a 'cyberspace' where it can indulge in it's own fantasy. When a pokemon enters the pc, is gets knocked out, allowing the pokemon to freely think about anything without any distractions. The pokemon feels like as if the fantasy is real, so I doesn't wake. When it's trainer wants to take it out, the pc retrieves the said pokemon's data and wakes the pokemon up, as if it never happened.
And that is Pika's theory on the Pokemon Storage System. Reply on what you think.
