Not confirmed [0.39] Pokemon Disappeared From Online Save

Hi everyone :) I played online with gamejolt like 1-2 hours of pokemon 3d and i saved everything....and when i started the game again i had the character with the points but the pokemons dissappeared....and i spent like 1 hour to catch a phanhpy and a jigglypuff....
