Solved Maybe bug?

I have no idea why i dont have Fisher Tully in phone list. I added him long long ago. And i just checked my phone numbers list . he isn't there anymore. How can i add it via scripts or something to my phone numbers list?
I able to talk with him, but i wonder why he not calling me. I bet he don't ,because somehow his number not in my list any longer.

Fisher Tully is notoriously antisocial. The most probable case is that he deleted your number out of fear of socialization.
But that's okay, it happens to the best of us.

in that case , how else i'll get water stone? • _•
Juggler Irwin only once gave me fire stone, thou i needed water stone.

I think is that Fisher Tully is not implemented so you can't add his phone number.

kinda sucks. As we able to talk with him, but can't add him to phone list. In that case i have no ways to get water stone :c

you can get water stone if it is raining or snowing in spring when you talk to irwin
