Whitney sprite request

I know there's already a Whitney sprite in-game, but I found this ultra-cute BW-style sprite of her on Deviantart.

If someone could fix it, like align it properly and make it transparent as well as converting it to xnb, I'd be so grateful! Oh, and if someone could make the hair more pink like her official B/W Sprite that'd be great too. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Whitney_OD.png
