Fixed [0.36.4 (Upload 2)]: Hall of Fame Entries Lagging Game

The more you enter the Hall of Fame, the longer the Personal Computer takes to respond to your actions, and the longer it takes for your newest Hall of Fame to load after defeating the Champion. I feel that this is a real pace-breaker. I've entered the Hall of Fame so many times that the game actually becomes "Not Responding..." for a few seconds. I feel a good way of fixing this is to limit Hall of Fame entry count, but then you'd need to edit Champion Lance's speech:

yes the game just freezes and it says at the top pokemon 3d is not responding

It lags when it's either trying to load PC options or your newest Hall of Fame after defeating the Elite Four.

One function I wrote to separate some parts of the save file was working ineffectively.
