I can't pass through the Ice Pad D:

how do i get through, do i need a TM to walk normal on the ice or one to smash the ice rock?

I think that may be the issue here
it maybe very difficult for someone new to the forums to figure out the tabs
so maybe the full view should be the default?

still don't get it, I used to ask this type of questions on twitter but most of the times they didnt reply back, thats why I started asking here, sorry if its a big problem tho.
