Add a "translations" section in the resources

Leeloozete here
so i have some translations resources (portuguese and the internet languages) and i see that there are many other translation projects such as japanese and german translations
so i am suggesting here to add a translation section at the resources to get much easier to find the translation you want

Nilllzz suggested it too and I personally want to improve the variety of languages/cultures on these forums. To do this we'll probably add another forum in which it is allowed to speak whatever language you want. However, we mods won't be able to properly keep watch on those forums and thus it requires the other forum goers to keep watch in our stead and we'll just use google tranlator if our help is needed.
Whether this will happen is still unsure.

yours is about languages on the forum,
Lelo is talking about a tag for resources tha are localizations

Hrm. Fair enough, but I still think it's a good idea and it slightly relates to this.

I hope this become true, because there are some people that dont speak english, such as some guys that use my portuguese translation resource
i think we should even add a section at the FAQ, that shows where the translations are, because it may take some time to some people to find it
(also, the resource"The internetz" is not dead, i just need some time to re-do it completely)
