Fixed [0.36.3 Shiny gyarados color bug

When outside battle, the sprite is blue, even though its really red.
It also is blue in the pokemon party screen.
It is the correct color in the summary screen and in battle.

In the Pokémon party screen the sprite should be blue; the original games did this too with shinies.
The outside battle one however, should be shiny color.

I liked it when they changed it so that following Pokemon and the party screen Pokemon had their shiny status attached. It was one of the only next gen changes I liked.

Party screen Pokémon never had their shiny color.

Fixed the overworld and the menu is supposed to be like that.
If someone has REALLY much free time, he/she could make a shiny version of the menu sprites
I could probably do this, it would take so much time though.
