Fixed Leveling Up and Walking Don't Raise Friendship

I'm not exactly sure what's happening with my Riolu, no matter what I do it doesn't evolve.

I caught it with a friend ball so that automatically sets it's base friendship to 200. That means 10 levels would make it evolve because a Pokemon gains 2 friendship per level. Mine has leveled up 14 times, and it's day and it has not yet evolved. I'm not exactly sure as to the cause but I feel as though exp. share is to blame here because that's how I've been leveling it.

i still cant figure out what is wrong with urs. I have a riolu i caught in a ultra ball and it evolved using xp share at level 32. Although it does crash when he evolves so u arent missing much right now lol

I can't figure it out either! It's annoying me because it isn't making any sense at all.

Only evolves at daytime, remember about it. And even if you level him up daytime and he doesn't evolve, try giving him a few vitamins...

The crash occurs because of the wrong sound files of Riolu and Lucario.
I don't know why your Riolu is not evolving though...

Neither do I. I keep trying and trying to find out why but everything points that it should be evolving.

I have no idea since there's no way to tell, I just know it's at the hugging stage.

the faces tell u. if its a angry face u have like less then 70 if it just looks like this ... then its 70- low 100 if it has a happy face its close to evolving.

It is a happy face. But Golbat's had a happy face for a long time and it's leveled up like 20 times since then and hasn't evolved lol. maybe it's something wrong with my Pokemon 3D install or account? Because I was never able to get Golbat to evolve either.

there are 3 types of happy faces its when its close to the last one that it evolves.

Yea my Cleffa absolutely loves me, yet hasn't evolved yet. I'm concerned because she is already level 63.

the top one is the one that means if will definitely evolve. however he can evolve with the bottom one but its near turning to the top one and it lasts very long so its hard to tell where he is on it.

Jesus. According to bulbapedia, it should've evolved by now. Since it was hatched, it starts at 100 friendship. 3 friendship until 200 happiness, which means it would've gotten to this point, assuming no fainting at level 34ish. It then would've taken 10 levels for it to reach 220 since it would receive 2 friendship per level onward.
