I suppose before update 0.36, you had a big weakness to surprise ground attacks, not sure how you'll handle any water + ground type combinations that might jump out at you - you shouldn't worry about that too much though, but there it an elite 4 member that specializes in Dark typing, but Golem should cover that with Rock Smash.

Golem's weaknesses, special frailty and slow Speed can hurt late-game. However, don't be held off by that, as your preferences depend on your playstyle.

The team's balanced, yes, but I think it sports a few glaring flaws. This is what I see:
-Your entire team is offensively oriented, with only a single non-attacking move, Gengar's Hypnosis (which tends to fail, a lot).
-Your Alakazam has two physical moves, Headbutt and Fire Punch, and they're not going to deal a lot of damage.
-As NoizyPuppy stated, Dark Types are going to feast on at least a few of your mons'.
-Golem is not seizing his tremendous strenght, all of his moves are either low-powered or rely on build-up (rollout and rock smash) and chance (magnitude and smack down... Whenever this one gets implemented).

What you could do:
-Give Ampharos and Alakazam some support choices, with either Reflect or Light Screen for any of them. Alakazam could benefit from having Recover back, or another screen, for the party.
-This would be kind of a gamble, but also a surprise punch: teach Solarbeam to Charizard, and he might be able to effectively counter ground types. I know that Feraligatr's role is already that one, but you can't have too many tricks.
-A Hyper-beam or (if you're running on a budget) Explosion. Focus Punch is a risky investment, but that's something those Dark Types will regret from ever approaching.

Those are my thoughts for now.
