If you encounter a shiny pokemon is there a something informing that the pokemon is a shiny.
(For example in the original games there's a couple stars that appear.)

Nope, nothing like that is implemented in the game yet. You have to be vigilant of the color of the pokemon. There is pokemon that looks almost exactly like they do as they are none-shiny, so if you encounter one of those, you are screwed. :)

Those are not really what I call almost exactly. You can obviously see that they are shiny. Abra is way lighter, Poliwag are having a more clear blue color, Goldeen is yellow instead of orange & Snorlax is as blue as shiny Poliwag.

Nope, the ones I speak about are Togepi, Paras & Garchomp. Luckily, 2 of those are not able to encounter in the wild.

the star next to them really needs to be added cause it doesnt help when some pokemon are just lighter or darker in cover and when the weather or time of day change it gets really hard to tell if they are shiney.

I agree with this, it would make it easier and a sparkle/star would correspond to how it was done in the original games. :)

There is 1 in 8192 that the pokemon is shiny, so it is a very small chance. Chances are that you will not find any wild shinies for a very long time. There are stuff that helps boost the chance, but they are not implemented in P3D yet.

They are not much different from regular pokemon, why do you want one that badly?
