Can I transfer my offline data to online?

I've gotten 3 badges and I don't particularly wish to restart the entire game just so I can play online... So is there someway to transfer the data?

Nope, there's no way of transfering the data. This is to prevent hacked Pokemons from reaching the Online GTS.
We all had to start over again to play online and acces these features, you're not the only one that lost a lot of progress. ;)
