Will there be or are Rhyperior, Electivire, Magmortar, and Porygon-Z in the game? If they already are what is the way you evolve them?

I know Leafeon and Glaceon are in, so I thought I'd ask about these four.

the items to evolve them are eventually gonna be in the game through some sort of event.

These are in the files and some of them are available as far as I know.
