Crash Tried tutorial 6, didn't work.

I keep getting the "Song playback failed" message when I try to play the game.

I followed the tutorial. Went through control panel and unchecked windows media player box, restarted the computer. Game still didn't work. Rechecked box, restarted computer, still no. Checked for updates and nada. Deleted and reinstalled the game and launcher, still nothing.

I've attached the crash data from the last try, is there anything else I can do to try and get it to work?

Are you using a DRM protected song ??

The only ideas I have for you are as follows:

(1) Completely uninstall windows media player and then reinstall it.
(2) Make sure Windows is completely updated.
