it is a mod i was making
it is currently on hiatus and so stops before the radio tower
the idea was some changes to silver's story
and more, better battles
as an example: Pryce's team in in the 60s.......
How can i get the Crystal Wing ?? and go through Kanto Region ??

cristal wing is obtainable entering ice path and kanto isn't implemented yet
Where i can find it in Ice Path ??

you need to complete the radio tower (after obtaining the seventh badge) then the guy selling rage candy bar will not block you from progressing anymore, then when you enter the ice path he will come to give it to you
But im already in Blackthorn City and i didnt get it
