Togepi Evolution

Has anyone actually managed to get it to evolved.. Mine is now either hugging me or playing around while looking at me and it's not evolving.

Togepi Dialogue.

Woah! Togepi Suddenly Hugged you.
Togepi plays around happily while looking at you.
Togepi wants to play.
Togepi is reaching up for a hug.
Togepi is very happy to stay with you.
Togepi is proudly walking alongside you.

These are supposedly the words of a pokemon with very very high happiness.

Yes. But you must continue until it works. ^^ If you think it might be bugged, try going into your offline save, generate a togepi, set friendship to 238 and level it once. If it evolves it works.

Tested it? Or did you actually evolve it in your Gamejolt save? If so, what level is it?

Nah didn't evolve it in gamejolt yet, but works in offline at 220 friend ship.

Oh, so they changed it to 220. It was 240 before.

Thank god for that. 240 would take even longer. Also I have a serious suspicious that pokemons eggs start at 120 friend ship. Simply because my togepi got real happy real fast.

At the moment there's no real way to check up on your stats/IVs/DVs or happiness. The developers/Moderators are currently discussing whether or not to implemented an NPC which tells us about these type of things. ^^

is there any specific berry or just any berry? I got many Oran berries so i might want to use them to make my togepi happy after im done with the moomoo farm sidequest

I read in another thread that Green Berries are useful but I found this "Qualot Berry" whose description is "Makes a Pokémon friendly but lowers base defense". Can't say if it works...it's so damn long...
