Portuguese Translation

Hey guys,
I posted that in indiedb forum, here, and I really want to help...
I'm a computer science student, and My girlfriend and I really loved that game...
But, my girlfriend doesn't know english or other language present in game very well...
So, i translated the english to Portuguese, changing the files, but i only used this to me and my girlfriend and no one else...
I know that here in Brasil, this game is growing very fast, like minecraft.
If you are interested in Portuguese translation, contact me, i will be very happy to help!!

hey guy its a good idea,but we have to wait for brother nilllzz to acept it
and by the way im brazilian too (just speaking english to the guys understand)

I only translated the tokens...

just put the Tokens_pt.dat in "\Pokemon\Content\Localization"

the dialogs and other Strings I don't have access, so i didn't modified.
