Hey boys and girl get all the Pokemons you can see in the wiki or is just those from Silver Game ?
hope someone can answer

Pokemon with blue links are in the game either as wild pokemon or trainer's pokemon
however this only goes up until R37

at some point all 1st through 2nd gen pokemon(1-251) will def be available the ones past that are a maybe
