Anyway, I suggest not making it too realistic, because it will add to the hundreds of KB on the mod.
Which means, I suggest separating the mod into two parts, the actual mod, and the texture pack.
So I can choose which I want and witch I don't want.

Uhhhh, is 8x8 the default? If it is, then I choose 16x16, if it is 16x16, then 32x32, vice versa.

That'll be a nice resolution without the pack causing lag etc.
