It definitely will, when? I don't know.
If you know the place where you get your first Firestone in the original game, you can pretty much guess that it'll appear just about then.
I went to search on google and found a little something:
1. Trade in the points you've earned in Pokeathelon Dome on Tuesdays. Probably not implemented yet.
2. Win first place in the Bug Catching Contests. (The top prize varies every time) ^
3. A trainer on Rt. 36 will sometimes call and say he has one for you. We don't have Pokégear.
4. Show Bill's grandfather a Growlithe. (Rt. 25) Route 25 isn't implemented yet? Not too sure... But I don't think so.
5. Dousing Machine on the "Warm Beach" course in the Pokewalker. (random after 5000 steps) I feel like it ain't here yet.

I cant get Fire Stone... I Battled School Kid Alan and he called me then he say he is busy i need fire stone !!

I mean just at 12, because 1 wednesday I tried calling him, nd talking to him from abt 12 to 3, but nuthng happened,, same result everytime .....
I guarantee these all work, I personally got my stones this way, Sometimes will have wait. Juggler will give you all stones. Fire, Thunder, Leaf, Water & Moon. The rest are useful too. Just be patient mate. It finally popsLocation of people giving out evolution stones
