Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle?

Charmander and Bulasaur are my favorite pokemon, I know they used to be starters but is there any way to get them?

This is a basic runthrough on editing in a pokemon
for the stats you can generate them using the pokemon online program or you can probably find another good program online as well
(I personally use pokemon online because after you genrate the pokemon if you save it it saves as a text file that you can then look at to get all of the info)
I would also recomend getting notepad ++ as it is a much superior version of notepad
