in a major town there should be a man trading pokemon, every week he gets a "New shipment" you can trade him based on a pokemon value scale for example A magicarp: 1 is the defult value plus one additional point ever level while a Houndoom would be like a 40 on the scale +1 for ever level. Thus making pokemon trade easier and better.
