I was thinking that it could use the real time clock like we are on work and my pokemon are growing on daycare
that is a good idea isn't it

Realtime-Clock IS used (daytime/nighttime-shift) - but daycare depends on the steps you do - if I remember correctly your Pokemon get 1 XP for every field you move forward

As for daycare it might be even annoying to leave pokemons there if they leveled up when one isn't actually playing. esspecially low level pokemons would probably level up too many times and the move sets could get really messed up.

But yeah, I think the real time clock should maybe be used more in some other context since it's possible and wasn't in the original games (correct me if I'm wromg). Also, I think the clock should be always on like GMT+0 and look at the time zone option of the clock in windows instead of looking stright to the clock. It's just too easy to mess around with the clock in windows... although that would not work without internet connection :/
