I restarted playing again and upon reaching Cherrygroove for the first time, I talked with the old man for the tour. The whole sequence went out pretty good and he went into his house at the end of it. But there this :
He's standing right in front of the Old man's house. Doesn't obstruct entrance. Doesn't go away upon exiting and re-entering CherryGroove. I've made a video clip of the event, if needed I'll upload it.
