New to this game, got a few questions

Been poking around the wiki, and just wanna make sure i have a few things clear:
-Do individual moves physical or special qualities come into play here (like gen 4 onwards), or is it like gen 3 and before where all fire moves are special and all normal is physical?
-Are nature and abilities implemented?
-are EV/IV's like gen 1&2 or like gen 3 onwards?

everything atack or stat wise is or will be at gen 5 standards so the 4th gen spec/phys split, the evs/ivs from gen 3, etc
idon't think natures are effective yet??? but you can put it into the pokemon in the files so even if it doesn't work now in the future when they do it will start using them
abilities aren't in yet period
