Fixed ]0.26] Those Dreaded Stairs......

This bug has obviously been reported multiple times, and fixed at least once, but... Its back again in version 0.26!

Specifics:
Right after a wild battle in Slowpoke Well, I walked one space forward into the stairs in front of me and shifted 2 spaces down instead of 1...

I can imagine how tedious this glitch has been for the devs because of how many times its been reported throughout the versions....

It's fixed now.
There have been several other bugs with stairs (I think 3) and I fixed them all for 0.26.1.
