I understand that Lanturn doesn't learn Thunderbolt via leveling in generation 6, but it can access Thunderbolt through the TM. However, the TM you get from Surge doesn't work on Lanturn and the 3D wiki even shows it can't learn it. Discharge works fine as a replacement, but it just seems strange to deny Thunderbolt for no apparent reason. Maybe this is unintended?
