Celebi

Is possible to get Celebi ? I can't find any clue about catching this pokemon i Pokemon 3D.

yes it is possible
the way to do it is purposefully complicated (there are 3 main events to it each of which has several steps to finish)
explore everywhere (especially places that seem mysterious or similar) and you will eventually be able to pick up the path
