Favourite unfinished evolution?

For me, it's Dragonair

Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there.

To be specific, I mean the middle member of a 3 stage evolution, and baby Pokemon don't count, since you usually need to breed to get them.

Grovyle: To me it reminded me of the 'lizard that can walk on water.' It look pretty awesome and while I do like Sceptile but Grovyle does look much more cooler. It just simply screams, "I'm fast; watch out I can take you down with my epic leaf blade!" and it can either be looking like a lizard or a vicious plant raptor.

Yeah, Grovyle is a close second for me, Sceptile looks a bit less mobile.
