Solved 0.53.3 Game does not launch.

What I expected to happen:
Launch and play the game.

What actually happened:
Nothing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. After not playing for a long time, I decided to download the newest version and play. After extracting the rar to a folder, I tried to run "Pokemon.exe". Nothing happened. Yes, I did try as an administrator. I decided to go back and try my old launcher from a long time ago, and it launched but would crash mid update everytime.

Try using the latest version of the game, 0.54.
