Favorite and Least Favorite Starters

Favorite Starter all the way for me would be Treecko!

He's fast as hell and has a really good moveset.

Least Favorite is Chimchar.

JUST WHAT WE NEED A STUPID FIRE FIGHTING TYPE.
That and he was just horrible.

Tepig, for being the second terrible knock-off off the Blaziken family. Apparently once wasn't enough.

I dunno - I never played with a leaf-Pokemon in my team (Electric against water and water against ground) I once played with Treecko but ragequitted and started again at ~level 30 because it was too weak...

I only played 'til gen3 - I don't like the look oft the later starter as well but I think I know too little about them to judge

Hard to say I love most of the starter pokemon...it's a few of their evolution gives me the iff side.

Favorite 1st gen: Charmander
Favorite 2nd gen: All
Favorite 3rd gen: All
Favorite 4th gen: Piplup and Chimchar is alright.
Favorite 5th gen: Snivy and Oshwatt

But if I have to choose just one. It'll be piplup...because I love penguins. xp and penguins are cool.

Favorite 1st gen: Now, don't get mad, but I started with 4th gen.. but 1st gen favorite is Squirtle
Favorite 2nd gen: Haven't Played
Favorite 3rd gen: Haven't played :I
Favorite 4th gen: Turtwig ^_^ i nicknamed him Twiggy and kept him in my team the whole way through.
Favorite 5th gen: Snivy, cause he would look so goddamn dapper with a top hat and monocle.

But overall... Turtwig... I just love the little guy

Same here, can't deny the awesomeness of penguins, except when they're in the movie Happy Feet. I hated that movie.

I liked having Bulbasaur as a starter. Sleep powder came in handy to catch and battle pokemon.


Least favorite has to be either Chikarita or Turtwig do to early move sets and style.

2nd Gen: ALL Cyndaquil then tododile then chickorita
3rd Gen: ALL Torchic, then Mudkip, then Treeko
4th Gen: Chimchar and Turtwig
5th Gen: Tepig and Oshowatt

If you ask me, Turtwig was the best, while Tepig was the worst.
