Solved game not working

Well when i press the start game button the game window doesn't open
and I do have xna 4.0 and .net 4.0 installed so i do not know why it
isn't working
if someone could tell me why that would awesome.

It is possible that the game created a log file detailing why the game won't start. Look in your Pokemon folder for a file that reads "log.dat". Upload the contents of the file using the upload a file button and we will take a look. If there is no log file, you can try using the old launcher, as some people seems to have trouble with the new one. Let me see if i can find a link...
