Worst Gym Leader/Elite Four?

I hate Kantos rock leader. I had a normal charmander and his freaking ONIX always used his best attack.
and the weakest its misty. I had fire. beated under 2 minutes. Plus I had 22.
And the weakest elite four was in unova.

no....Misty wasnt that bad, the starmie always confused me in pokemon Blue, but the grass type leader was the easiest and most pathetic

My easiest case was brock (i never used charmander and in yellow, I balance grinded to 12).

Wanna know mah worst?
Even though people say that Miltank is annoying,it took me one try to beat her. WITH A LEVEL 2 RATTATA THAT IS THE EQUIVALENT OF JOEY'S. +She cries like a little idiot when you beat her.

Ofcourse we all have our share of hate for you too, but people can't choose more than one, and thus Whitney is the one they hate the most.
