Unable to connect to my server through Internet...and unable to save online

Eh...is this where I should post this kind of problem?

What I expected to happen:
For me to connect to my server...and to save my game

What actually happened:
I wasn't able to connect to my server through the Internet. If I put "localhost" in the IP bar, it shows up for me to join it. Server name, message, etc. All there
I port forwarded, restarted both my own computer and my router, and put in my IP in the properties. I also checked if both the server and the game itself had the same Protocol version. It did.
Also, whenever I try and save the game online (I went on my the "Local" server for this) it just sits there forever with "Saving, please wait..." and it never saves if I quit and go back on.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be me
2. Have my PC
3. Be confused after following every step on the FAQ and other threads.

So uh...anything to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I've been at this for several hours with no progress...

The servers are experiencing some bugs right now, will probably get fixed soon.

Thanks guys! I actually haven't been able to test if I can connect to my server with that unofficial server client juuuust yet (School kinda sucks....it always will), but thanks for letting me know that saving the game Online has nothing to do with my computer.

Nope, that's an issue with the GameJolt servers currently being down.
It's been 2 days, and I still haven't been able to save Online...
You said that not being able to save is a GameJolt server problem. Is there a way to check if the server's are up or not? I really am anxious about if not being able to join me server is also a GameJolt server problem....

Apparently there are some complains made here and there and gamejolt is either not fixing or trying their best to fix it.

So...the GameJolt Servers are Online again, and I can save Online. The problem I'm still having is being able to connect to my own server. I port forwarded the...port, but the server doesn't detect it. Halp? Also, this is what my server said. This is from the unofficial client btw, but I also tested joining with the official one, and still had problems. (Blanks in local IP are on purpose. I put them there....idk.)

You might not have configured your port forward correctly.

The unofficial server client detect your computer port 15154 before it launches so... You can't join using the global ip.

You can still join using the ip given there or 127.0.0.1.

I tried to not respond for as long as I could, but I can't get it to work no matter how many tutorials I look up or what I do...here's some more pictures? The main point for me is to have my friends join...or else being in a Skype call with them while playing Pokemon 3D would be kinda pointless

The port 15125 is optional anyway :p That just allow me to externally connect to the server to grab some error logs.

Hmm the column that says 0.0.0.0 on the port forwarding screen seem to be a little odd. I dont think it is supposed to be that isn't it?

What is that column?

Here, I made a better picture of it.
As you can also see, I have done port forwarding with other things before...usually I end up fixing what ever problem my Minecraft, Gmod, or whatever other server I have has, and I get my friends to join. If you're too lazy to look at the picture, the "0.0.0.0" is Remote Defined. That's how it is for all my servers though. It's not an option I can type in.

I can also be confident about not censoring anything because my ip isn't static...so these IP's will eventually be useless :p

Well, those IP are local so sharing isn't much a problem.
The only problem is I can't figure out why it couldn't detect the port as open despite you have open it.

Even if the detection is faulty, then you should be able to join using the ip found https://api.ipify.org without any problem.
