I Can't Start the Game!

So I downloaded the game and I updated to the most recent update and all that, but when I click on 'start game' nothing happens. The window closes and the game doesn't start.

If he didn't have it installed it would come up with an error message the second the launcher opened. Try to make sure it is accepted by your firewall and your antivirus software is turned off.
