Cannot reach private server on local lan

The server client I gave you is a custom server client that is quite easy to setup, it automatically set the ip and stuff and all you do is to gave us the ip to connect

I've tested on this site and says it's open http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
Also checked the IPs of the router and modem and they seem correct

I have tested using a redirect host ip and it work. Same as @Fanta issue. Your internet provider is blocking us directly connect to your server.

Right now, my host ip "jianmingyong.no-ip.info" is redirecting to your ip for another 2 minutes and I can connect this way.
