Cannot reach private server on local lan

Hello everyone, i have two pc, one wired and the other wireless, i can only connect in the server with the pc that is hosting it.
I have windows firewall and antivirus disabled in both machines, tried using hamachi, tunngle and evolve to see if one of them could connect with the other
but to no avail.

Thanks for the response but according to the guide i set the server properly and neither can reach each one's server

I don't know why yet but we are also finding solution to solve these problems. (Given that the local area network server are kinda broken and hamachi style are still a mystery)
I might test it out on my end to see if I can come up with a solution for all these without port forwarding.

You must not enter 127.0.0.1 ip, enter the ip of the local computer who is hosting it.

I've entered the local ip not the loopback ip.

The strange thing is that they can "see" each other on the network(they can ping each other) but they aren't able to connect
I see no problem connecting to online servers such as TheFlipSide's Server(ip:fiedler.uni.cx,port: 15124) and
Pokemon World(ip: 212.12.206.128,port: 15124)

Since that is your local ip, I cannot join as I am not using same internet as yours.
We can only join your global ip which is printed there also.

For the global ip / external ip, the port must be open for us to join
local ip do not require it but require using same network.

doesn't seem open here. Check if you have portforward the local ip shown on the server client to the port 15124.
