Launcher isn't downloading game.

Hi guys.At first im sorry for bad english.Im having problem about launcher.Download isn't starting.Gameversion or Release date are just blanks.I downloaded client manually but when i clicked on it there was an error with this sentence "Invalid start parameters,Please start the game from launcher"

I noticed something.In requirements it is saying "Windows XP or higher" and "Microsoft NET Framework 4.5 or higher".I have XP but Framework 4.5 doesn't supporting XP.I have the all requirements but Framework 4.5

You might seriously want to look into getting an operating system that is not 15 years old.
