Solved Can't Play Save

When I start the game, and try to play on a certain file, it closes and will not open. I made a test file, and it worked just fine. I decided I'd check what the log had to say.

ErrorMessage: Could not find file 'C:\Users\Amber\Documents\Pokemon\Save\autosave\Player.dat'.
ErrorMessage: StartIndex cannot be less than zero.

Parameter name: startIndex

It opens my test file, but not my regular one. Help?

Have you tried loading the game and not clicking continue?

I have tried both, yes.

When I click continue: ErrorMessage: Could not find file 'C:\Users\Amber\Documents\Pokemon\Save\autosave\Player.dat'.

When I load it: ErrorMessage: StartIndex cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: startIndex

Is there any files in the \Pokemon\Save\autosave\ folder?

Files only appear for the test file when I load that one. When loading my regular file, I don't get anything.

Was that save created in 0.23 or an earlier version?

Possibly, but I was able to play it on .23 before. It only happened today after I exited the game, and opened it back up an hour later.

Here is a fix: Move the files for your save to the autosave folder.
