Not confirmed [Indev 0.53] Offset Maps Don't Show Script Changes

The old man at the enterance in Cherrygrove City when coming from New Bark Town is still there when you are on route 29 facing towards CherryGrove. Even after you talk to him.
What I expected to happen:
old man to not show up on route 29 after talking to him.

What actually happened:
old man shows up when facing towards Cherrygrove from route 29. When you enter the town he automatically disappears.

Steps to reproduce:
1. enter Cherrygrove City from route 29.
2. Talk to old man standing at entrance.
3. Leave Cherrygrove City.
4. Turn around without re-entering Cherrygrove City.
5. Observe old man waiting by entrance.
6. Enter Cherrygrove City.
7. Watch as old man uses teleport to warp back to his house.

I don't believe it will be fixed any time soon, cause this visual bug exists in game since of beginning of game, so that won't delay update at all.
