Where to find? (Ancient Ruins Pokes)

Hello guys, i have been running around ancient ruins for quite a while and i have yet to find

Solrock/Lunatone
Beheeyem
Carbink
Spiritomb

Someone mind telling me in what parts to find them?

I found Klefki but that was pure raw luck since i have not encountered another Klefki

Sorry if i am asking too much but it might be quite pointless for me to look around without even knowing if i am searching on the right places or on the right time, i would apreciate if someone replied.

The game's poke files can tell you where to find what Pokémon (I'd tell you where they are, but I'm away from my computer).

That would require certain degree of knowledge to manipulate said files which i lack and at best i only found memorial (tower) files

Here is an example of the file from the lobby area:

Solrock, Lunatone, and Carbink can be found in the back areas of the Ancient Ruins.
Beheeyem can be found in the middle areas of the Ancient Ruins (sorry for being vague, but the files don't exactly detail where they correspond to).
Spiritomb appears in the rooms just after the first few in the Ancient Ruins.
