Implemented Move Tutors

I'm sorry if this has been suggested before, but I didn't see anything on it. So yeah, for one of the biggest reasons is that the moves that my pokemon are supposed to have don't come because they haven't been finished yet. So when they are finished, there should be a move tutor so we can get those moves.

Move tutors are a default part of the game, so I'd think it's going to occur anyway. Here's hoping they could make it happen before the 8th Gym though (as my memory says that's where the move deleter was, so...). A solution I saw on a mod was having a device in pokemon centres where you could relearn moves your pokemon learned naturally. Maybe we could add a price to it, as the one in the game (it was Liquid Crystal) was free...

I would suggest the ability to gather Move Tokens via the Game Corner, Itemfinder or Pickup. You can use these to relearn old moves or teach completely new ones. The selection should be based on what gym(s) you have completed so far (you could get something like Swift or Foresight early and later on you'd get the elemental punches or Stealth Rock).
