Fixed (Feinted) Pokemon was hurt by poison.. [0.23]

Was just battling Bugsy in Azalea Gym.. My Typhlosion was poisoned from Poison Sting on Kakuna.
This happened:

Scyther used U-Turn
Typhlosion feinted!
*Sends out Growlithe*
Typhlosion was hurt by poison!
"Wat."
Growlithe takes damage from poison.

Yeah. Not sure if this was reported or not, but that's a thing.

Also, i have to report Poison's Damage Amount.
Try battling this Pokeom and test the Poison Damage.
I have to say that Poison does WAY too much damage.

I think this poison damage is based off of percentage.
