Crash Doesn't start

For me for some reason, I can't start the game. I have downloaded the required Microsoft.net and XNA, but it wont start. It took me to the launcher when I first downloaded it, but doesn't anymore. I've tried all the recommended things to do, but I had no success. Please help with this problem.

You have the run the game through the launcher.

Have you download the gamefiles through launcher before? If not, download it.

If launcher do not open, please goto your anti virus and make an exception to prevent it from blocking. It could be anti virus trying to block you from playing the game.
